Goals setting process
Individuals who want to improve and want to achieve objectives for their betterment will try to follow a systematic process.
I also started a process where I will present some personal goal within a timeline and write a list and put all those in my tracker.
I will set tiny(hourly) very short(days) short(max a week) personal goals.
I will make a list and for these goals and put it on my goal tracker.
I will revisit the goal list and do a retrospect.
It will be a summary for the time period (Weeks, Days, Hours … )
Summary
- define the tiny, very short and short term goals
- prepare a concrete list what you will be trying to achieve
- add the list to tracker
- retrospect once you pass the timeline
- update the tracker with retrospect summary
