Goals setting process

Individuals who want to improve and want to achieve objectives for their betterment will try to follow a systematic process.

I also started a process where I will present some personal goal within a timeline and write a list and put all those in my tracker.

I will set tiny(hourly) very short(days) short(max a week) personal goals.
I will make a list and for these goals and put it on my goal tracker.
I will revisit the goal list and do a retrospect.
It will be a summary for the time period (Weeks, Days, Hours … )

Summary

  1. define the tiny, very short and short term goals
  2. prepare a concrete list what you will be trying to achieve
  3. add the list to tracker
  4. retrospect once you pass the timeline
  5. update the tracker with retrospect summary

Main moto here to get a personalized systematic practice which works for me.
